Riyadh, April 29, 2026– Manga Productions, a subsidiary of Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk,” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cultural House, an initiative of the Libraries Commission under the Ministry of Culture, to strengthen collaboration in the fields of creative content and talent development. The partnership aims to support cultural and social activities while providing engaging spaces to develop skills and empower national talent.
The areas of collaboration include launching joint programs and initiatives that contribute to talent development, organizing workshops and training courses, and hosting exhibitions and creative showcases. In addition, the partnership will support the organization of specialized events across video games, design, and comics, further enriching the cultural and creative landscape in the Kingdom.
Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Ibrahim Sairafi, Corporate Services Director, said: “This partnership reflects our continued commitment to supporting and empowering national talent while advancing the creative content ecosystem in the Kingdom. We believe that investing in young talents is the foundation for building a sustainable industry. Through such initiatives, we aim to provide an enabling environment that allows talents to explore their potential, refine their skills, and contribute to producing creative content that reflects our cultural identity and reaches global audiences. We are also keen to transfer our expertise in anime, gaming, and localization to support the next generation of creators.”
