Manga Productions Sponsors the Tokyo Anime Award Festival 2026

Tokyo, March 15, 2026: Manga Productions, a subsidiary of Mohammed bin Salman Foundation” Misk”, has announced its sponsorship of the Tokyo Anime Award Festival 2026, which is being held in Tokyo, from March 13 (Fri) to March 16 (Mon), 2026, in collaboration with the festival organizers.

Tokyo Anime Award Festival (TAAF) 2026, Japan’s iconic international animated film festival, is taking place from March 13 to 16 in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Co-hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the festival presents the Tokyo Governor’s Award to the Grand Prize winner in the Competition.

Under the slogan, “Tokyo, the Hub of Contemporary Animation,” TAAF2026 will showcase outstanding original works from around the world, celebrating the highest levels of creativity and quality in animation. In addition to highlighting diverse animated films that inspire audiences and creators alike, the Tokyo-based festival is expected to serve as a global platform for a new wave of animation. Also, activities for children will enable next-generation creators to learn the basics of animation and begin their journeys on the international stage.
